The Swindon youth Offending Team was set up in April 1999. The primary aim of the team is to help young people avoid offending. They work in partnership with a number of other government departments in order to achieve this

Swindon Primary Care Trust (PCT)
Swindon Primary Care Trust is an independent body within the NHS family. Their job is to provide and plan health services for the 198,000 people who live in the Borough of Swindon and in Shrivenham.
Swindon & Marlborough NHS Trust
Swindon & Marlborough NHS Trust provides health services from two main sites - The Great Western Hospital in Swindon, which is a district general hospital, and Savernake Hospital in Marlborough.

Children And Family Court Advisory And Support Service (CAFCASS)
The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (CAFCASS) looks after the interests of children involved in family proceedings. It works with children and their families, and then advises the courts on what it considers to be in the children's best interests. CAFCASS only works in the family courts.
