Structure & Sub groups

To enable it to fulfil its responsibilities, Swindon LSCB has established  the following sub-groups:

  • Performance
  • Policies & Procedures
  • Quality Assurance
  • Training & Development

A Chairs Group brings the chairs of the sub-groups together on a quarterly basis to review  the operational work of the groups and monitor the LSCB Business Plan. More information on the work of these groups can be found in the Business Plan and Annual Report both of which can be found here​.

The work of the LSCB and it's sub-groups is supported by a business team consisting of:
